- Dispatcher: After working as a Customer Service Representative for 4 to 6 months, employees become eligible for promotion to the Dispatcher role. In this role, they will learn to manage drivers, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, negotiate, build relationships, persuade, and make deals with our customers.
- Salary: After promotion, the salary changes from a fixed amount to a commission-based salary. Dispatchers earn between $1,000 to $3,000 or more based on experience.
