OKX 거래소 wPCI 거래지원 종료 안내
OKX는 현재 페이코인 메인넷(PCI)이 아닌 이더리움 기반 wPCI를 상장하여 거래지원해 왔으나 오는 8월 9일부로 wPCI(wrapped PCI) 거래지원이 종료될 예정입니다.
wPCI는 ERC-20 네트워크를 통해 이더리움 생태계에서 편리하게 이동할 수 있도록 페이코인에서 제공해 왔습니다.
하지만 효용성이 낮고 수요가 저조한 wPCI를 관리 비용 절감의 일환으로 거래지원 종료 결정하였습니다.
지난 7월 월렛커넥트 및 해외 결제 서비스 등 메인넷을 앞세워 핵심 사업에 집중할 것이며, OKX 외 주요 글로벌 거래소 내 페이코인 메인넷 상장도 함께 준비할 계획입니다.
앞으로도 페이코인의 사용성과 확장성을 위해 더욱 노력하는 페이코인이 되겠습니다.
