Prerequisites:
- Python 3.10
- TensorFlow
- OpenCV
- Dlib

Proyek iseng ini adalah Sistem Deteksi Kejujuran berbasis Truthfulness Detection System yang menganalisis ekspresi wajah untuk menentukan kemungkinan kejujuran atau penipuan dari rekaman video.

Sistem ini menggunakan Dlib untuk deteksi wajah dan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) yang ditraining pada Dataset yg berisi gambar wajah dengan ekspresi wajah jujur ​​dan menipu.

Model ini diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi web berbasis Flask yang memungkinkan pengguna mengunggah video untuk dianalisis.

Metodologi

1. Persiapan Dataset

Dataset terdiri dari gambar ekspresi wajah jujur ​​dan menipu yang diberi label.

Gambar diproses terlebih dahulu (diubah ukurannya menjadi 64x64, dinormalisasi) sebelum di Training Model.

Dataset dibagi menjadi 80% Training dan 20% Validation untuk di evaluasi.

2. Arsitektur Model

Menggunakan Model CNN untuk ekstraksi fitur dari ekspresi wajah.

Training Model menggunakan binary cross-entropy loss dan Adam optimizer.

Layer dropout juga ditambahkan untuk mencegah overfitting.

3. Training & Optimasi

Model di Training selama 20 epoch dengan penghentian awal untuk mencegah overfitting.

Augmentasi data (random flips, rotation ) untuk meningkatkan generalisasi.

Model yang ditraining disimpan sebagai truthfulness_model.h5.

4. Inferensi & Pemrosesan secara Real-time

Model memproses setiap frame dari video.

Skor kebenaran (0 hingga 1) ditetapkan per frame

Skor total adalah rata-rata dari semua skor frame.

Validasi & Akurasi

Akurasi Validasi: ~63-66% (bervariasi berdasarkan kualitas dan penambahan Dataset).
