Dear parents/ guardians,
Welcome to the 2021/22 school year! We hope your child (children) enjoyed their first day of school today. We respectfully request that you adhere to the following drop-off and pick-up times for students.
Kindergarten - 8:15 a.m. last arrival time – 3:00 p.m. pick-up time
Primary (Grades 1-4) – 8:00 a.m. last arrival time – 2:45 p.m. pick-up time
High School (Grades 5 – Cambridge) - 8:00 a.m. last arrival time – 3:30 p.m. pick-up time

Dear parents/guardians,
In our recent communication to all parents, we have informed you all that the school Covid-19 task force had recommended to all staff members to take the covid-19 vaccine before school begins.
However, the Woreda Health office bureau informed us to require all teachers and staff members to be vaccinated before the first day of school.
Therefore, to comply and guarantee this mandatory vaccination requirement, the school management found it necessary to postpone the first day of school to Monday, September 20 instead of Thursday, September 16.
The Open House Program will be held as scheduled tomorrow, Wednesday 15.
We hope the extra available days will give an added opportunity for parents and students to get tested before they come to school on Monday, September 20.
