5. Creating detailed project reports outlining budgets and timelines.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum a Degree holder in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process etc).
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience related to the project planning & project control in the oil & gas or construction field of work.
3. Well-versed in the Primavera 6 (P6) application and Microsoft Office.

Job description:
1. Supervise and lead a team of engineers comprising various disciplines namely process, mechanical & piping, structural, instrument, electrical and material & corrosion during the execution of engineering, fabrication, hook-up & commissioning and handover of facility. The engineering discipline may be further added/included depending on requirement basis later.
2. Lead and assume the role of Resident Engineer at the consultant’s office during the execution of engineering work. As a Resident Engineer he is responsible to endorse/approve any related drawings and documents related to the engineering work.
3. Lead and drive any related risk assessment including quantification of value at risk through the assessment, diagnosis & provision of early indication on imminent risk and mitigation plan to ensure project meets the targeted objective.
