ده تجميعة للstaging بتاع كل الtumors اللي علينا عشان يبقوا قدامنا كلهم و نفرق بين كل tumor
⁃ بالنسبة للfibroids:
⁃ في stage 1 and 6 شبه بعض في إن الاتنين أقل من 50٪ بس واحدة submucosal 1 و التانية subserosal 6 (لونهم أصفر زي بعض)
⁃ في stage 2 and 5 نفس الفكرة برضو بس أكتر أو يساوي 50% (لونهم pink زي بعض)
بالنسبة لendometrial,ovarian,cervical cancer:
⁃ أي stage 3 بيكون طالع منها 3 stages A,B,C، في الovary برضو في stage 3 و زيادة عليها stage 1 نفس الكلام، و دول لونهم أخضر، بس الstages التانية اللي طالع منها حرفين A and B بس لونهم pink
⁃ أي stage 4 بتكون متقسمة A اللي هي adjacent organs و B اللي هي distant metastasis، ما عدا الovary في الA هتكون pleural effusion containing cancer cells و B هتكون distant organs and inguinal,extraabdominal LNs
⁃ أي stage 3 بيكون طالع من C سهمين 1 و 2 : 1 بتكون pelvic lymph nodes و 2 بتكون para-aortic lymph nodes، ما عدا في الovary الرقمين 1و 2 دول طالعين من A بيتكلموا برضو عن retroperitoneal lymph nodes زائد microscopic metastasis
⁃ نخلي بالنا ان في الovary موجود liver and spleen CAPSULE في stage 3, و liver and spleen PARENCHYMA في stage 4
⁃ بالنسبة للfibroids:
