રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓ માટે નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઈટીની મહત્તમ મર્યાદામાં ૨૫ ટકાનો વધારો કરાયો

મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારીઓ-અધિકારીઓના વિશાળ હિતમાં વધુ એક હિતલક્ષી નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારીઓ-અધિકારીઓને હાલ વય નિવૃત્તિ સમયે નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી તથા અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી મહત્તમ રૂ. ૨૦ લાખની મર્યાદામાં આપવામાં આવે છે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ધોરણે હવે આ વય નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઈટીની મહત્તમ મર્યાદામાં ૨૫ ટકાનો વધારો કરવાનો મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
આ કર્મચારી હિતલક્ષી નિર્ણયને પરિણામે હવે રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓને નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઈટી મહત્તમ રૂ. ૨૫ લાખની મર્યાદામાં આપવામાં આવશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના નિર્ણયનો લાભ તા. ૧ જાન્યુઆરી, ૨૦૨૪ પછી વય નિવૃત્ત થતા કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓને મળશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી સમક્ષ રાજ્યના નાણાં વિભાગે રજૂ કરેલી આ દરખાસ્તને તેમણે અનુમતિ આપતા આ અંગેના જરૂરી ઠરાવો નાણાં વિભાગ જારી કરશે.
રાજ્ય સરકારને આ નિર્ણયને પરિણામે અંદાજે વાર્ષિક રૂ. ૫૩.૧૫ કરોડનું ભારણ આવશે.
