We expect that MCC and all states will go ahead with the counselling since there is no stay. The provisional results of all India - once published will confirm that all counselling will go ahead as per schedule.

#NEETPG2024 SC Hearing Update🚨

The Supreme Court has resumed operations after its vacation, but unfortunately, petitioners were unable to secure an earlier hearing date due to the backlog of cases following the holidays. As a result, the NEET PG case will proceed as previously scheduled on October 25, Friday.

Counselling Update
While the court has not issued a stay on counselling, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has yet to release the schedule, leaving candidates uncertain about the next steps. It's unclear whether MCC is awaiting the outcome of the court case or addressing other issues.

Possible Delays
If MCC is indeed waiting for the court's decision, counselling may be delayed further.
