كيف يمكن للشباب تحقيق النجاح بقوة العقل الباطن".

‏هل فكرت يوماً أن مفتاح النجاح والسعادة يمكن أن يكون ببساطة في تغيير هو طريقة تفكيرك؟
ما هي قوة العقل الباطن؟

‏العقل الباطن هو بمثابة محرك خفي يتحكم في أفكارك وتصرفاتك وحتى نتائج حياتك. إنه يعمل كبرنامج مستمر يستجيب لما تغذيه به من أفكار ومشاعر. إذا ركزت على الإيجابيات، ستجذب النجاح، وإذا استسلمت للسلبية، ستواجه الفشل.

‏مثال :
‏شاب يرغب في التفوق دراسياً لكنه يشعر بالرهبة من الامتحانات. عندما بدأ بتكرار عبارات إيجابية مثل "أنا أستطيع النجاح"، لاحظ تحسناً كبيراً في أدائه الدراسي لأن العقل الباطن بدأ بتبني هذه الفكرة والعمل وفقاً لها.
كيف تبرمج عقلك الباطن؟

‏العقل الباطن كالأرض، يزرع ما تغرسه فيه. يمكنك برمجته من خلال التأكيدات الإيجابية، التخيل، والتكرار. تخيل نفسك تحقق ما تريد وكرر الأفكار الإيجابية حتى تصبح جزءاً منك.

‏مثال :
‏شاب يحلم بإنشاء مشروع ناجح بدأ بتخيّل نجاحه يومياً، وترديد عبارات مثل "مشروعي سيكون الأفضل." مع الوقت، وجد أن الفرص بدأت تظهر أمامه لأنه كان مستعداً ذهنياً لاستقبالها.

التعامل مع العقبات الداخلية والخارجية

‏الخوف والشكوك هما أعداء النجاح. العقل الباطن يتأثر بسهولة بمشاعرك، لذا من المهم مواجهة المخاوف واستبدالها بالشجاعة والثقة.

‏مثال :
‏فتاة تخاف من التحدث أمام الجمهور، بدأت بممارسة تمارين التأمل والتنفس العميق يومياً، وتخيلت نفسها تتحدث بثقة. بعد فترة قصيرة، تمكنت من تقديم أول عرض لها بكل نجاح.

النجاح يبدأ من الداخل

‏النجاح لا يعتمد على الظروف الخارجية بقدر ما يعتمد على إيمانك الداخلي بقدراتك. ابدأ بوضع أهداف واضحة، وكن واثقاً بأنك قادر على تحقيقها.

‏مثال :
‏شاب يرغب في تعلم البرمجة، لكنه لا يملك المال لدفع تكاليف الدورات. بدأ باستخدام موارد مجانية على الإنترنت، وأقنع نفسه أنه قادر على التعلم بموارد محدودة. بعد فترة، أصبح يعمل في مجال البرمجة بنجاح.

تحويل الفشل إلى نجاح

‏الفشل ليس عدوك، بل هو أفضل معلم. عندما تواجه الإخفاقات، استخدمها كفرصة للتعلم وتحسين نفسك.

‏مثال :
‏شاب أخفق في مشروعه الأول، لكنه بدل أن يستسلم، حلل أسباب الفشل وبدأ مشروعاً جديداً بناءً على الدروس التي تعلمها، وحقق نجاحاً كبيراً.

‏دور الامتنان والتفاؤل

‏الامتنان قوة تحفز العقل الباطن للعمل لصالحك. عندما تركز على الأشياء التي تشعر بالامتنان لها، فإنك تجذب المزيد من الإيجابيات.

‏مثال عملي:
‏فتاة تكتب يومياً ثلاثة أشياء تشعر بالامتنان لها. مع الوقت، لاحظت أنها أصبحت أكثر تفاؤلاً وسعادة، مما ساعدها على تحسين علاقتها مع الآخرين.⛵🌊🏡

قواعد اضافة S عند الجمع في اللغة الإنجليزية

قواعد اضافة S عند الجمع في اللغة الإنجليزية
الجمع باللغة الانجليزية له عدة أشكال وهي تتبع قواعد الإملاء كالتالي:
1- الحالة الاولى من أشكال الجمع بإضافة الحرف S الى نهاية الأسم.
أمثلة على ذلك
a book books
a car cars
a map maps
a room rooms
a cup cups
a bag bags
a roof roofs
a window windows
a computer computers
ملاحظة:
عندما نضيف حرف S الجمع للأسم المفرد نقوم بحذف أداة التعريف a
2- الحالة الثانية من أشكال الجمع هي بإضافة es الى نهاية الأسم المفرد ; إذا انتهى الأسم المفرد بأحد الحروف التالية:
( S, SS Ch,Sh,O,X.Z ) وتسمى الأحرف الصفيرية.
أمثلة على ذلك ,
a bus buses
a glass glasses
a watch watches
a dish dishes
a potato potatoes

3- الحالة الثالثة من أشكال s الجمع هي عندما ينتهي الاسم المفرد بحرف Y
(a): أذا أنتهى الأسم المفرد بحرف y وقبله حرف عله ( o, i ,a, e ,u ) هنا نضيف حرف S الجمع فقط الى نهاية الأسم المفرد.
أمثلة على ذلك :
a boy boys
a day days
a key keys
a way ways
(b): إذا أنتهى الأسم المفرد بحرف Y وكان حرف Y مسبوقا” بحرف صحيح فعند الجمع نحذف حرف Y ونضيف (ies) الى نهاية الأسم المفرد.
أمثله على ذلك:

a city cities
a factory factories
a fly flies
a lady ladies
a family families
4- الحالة الرابعه من أشكال الجمع هي حالة الشواذ.
تتميز اللغة الانجليزية بوجود صيغ شاذة لكل قاعدة وهناك مجموعة من صيغ الجمع الشاذة التي ليس لها قاعدة ولكن لها صيغ جمع ثابتة لفمردها وهي بتغيير حرف العله الموجود في الأسم المفرد.
أمثله على ذلك:

5- الحالة الخامسة من أشكال s الجمع هي
إذا كان الأسم المفرد منهيا” بحرف (f) أو (fe) فعند الجمع نحذف (f,fe) ونضيف (ves) الى نهاية الأسم المفرد.

يا صديقي انت گدهه وگدود صدگني ال 70 و 80 و 90 وال 99وال 100 مو  صعبة مثل ما تتخيل ، هي صعبة على المهمل الي بضل يراكم ويخدع نفسه ويگول باچر وباجر يجيب باچر  صعبة على الي بتهون عليه دمعة امه ويريد  ينزل  راسها لانه مهمل ولا ابالي ، لكن سهلة على المجتهد ...
المجتهد انسان مثلك.... مثلك لكن هو بدرس  10 الى 12او 14ساعة وانت تضيع نفس الوقت على أمور لا قيمة لها وتأجل كل يوم لليوم الي بعده ، المجتهد صاحب طموح وعاهد نفسه يستمر ويرفع راس اهله.  .   ....
، الايام تمشي يا صديقي العزيز ، اذا ما صحيت عله نفسك راح تجي ايام الحصاد وانت كلشي ما زارع .....انتبه!!!!!!!!!!!!!!، البداية قد تكون صعبة لكن لذة الوصول ومسك الختام والراحة والفرحة وضحكة امك وفرحة ابوك تسوة الدنيا  وتستحق كل التعب  ، نصيحة مني الك عزيزي وصديقي اتعب واستغل كل لحظة وكل دقيقة .... صدگني كل  التعب ينسي بس تشوف النتيجة وتبقى بس لحظات الفخر  بنفسك وراح تحس بقيمتك ووراح تمشي وراسك مرفوع بس بلش ولا تستسلم ولا تنسى أمك وابوك  يستحقون يرفعون راسهم بيك وأحق بإنك تفرحهم
