As part of our commitment to a safe, respectful, and secure workplace, we would like to take a moment to emphasize the importance of "Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013" which was enacted to protect women from sexual harassment and provide a safe and secure work environment.

Background: Vishakha guidelines were established by the Supreme Court of India to ensure the "prevention of sexual harassment" (POSH) and mandate mechanisms like the Internal Complaint Committee
(ICC) for addressing grievances.

The Vishakha Guidelines outline the following key points:
Zero Tolerance towards any form of sexual harassment.
• Compliance Mechanism to report instances of sexual harassment.
• Preventive Measures by conducting Regular training sessions and workshops.
• Redressal Committee to handle complaints and ensure fair and timely resolution.

What is Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment includes unwelcome acts suchlas physical contact, advances, requests for sexual favors, sexually colored remarks, showing pornography and any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.

Anyone who commits a shameful act can be subject to punishment with simple imprisonment which may extend to a term of three years and a monetary fine.
We encourage everyone to uphold dignity and report any concern wichout fear. Together, let us create and safe and empowering work environment.

In the light of directions received from the Ministry of Labour & Employment, to ensure that all eligible employees benefit from the Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme announced in Union Budget 2024-25, UAN activation and AADHAAR seeding in Bank Account of each employee are mandatory.
Every subscriber of EPFO is required to have an AADHAAR linked Universal Account Number (UAN) which needs to be activated by creating login on the Member Portal for availing a number of facilities through a single window.

The activation process is straightforward and can be completed using an Aadhaar-based OTP (One-Time Password) by following the steps given below:

i. Go to EPFO Member Portal : *https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/*
ii. Click on the "Activate UAN" link under "Important Links". *https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/no-auth/uanActivation/activationForm?_HDIV_STATE_=4-14-0F29B12C734639ACAE7F20CACFD06558*
iii. Enter your UAN, Aadhaar number, name, DOB, and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
iv. Employees should ensure their mobile number is Aadhaar-linked to access the full range of EPFO’s digital services.
v. Agree to Aadhaar OTP verification.
vi. Click "Get Authorization PIN" to receive an OTP on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
vii. Enter the OTP to complete the activation.
viii. A password will be sent to your registered mobile number upon successful activation.

Since, the benefits under ELI Scheme, will be disbursed through DBT to eligible employees, Employers are urged to ensure UAN activation and AADHAAR seeding in Bank Account by *30th November 2024*

As we are celebrating the Diwali & Gujarati New Year festivals on 31st October & 02nd November 2024 i.e., Thursday & Saturday, respectively, as per organization declared holidays, and same shall be observed as paid holiday at the client site.

However, November 01, 2024, shall be a normal working day with prefix and suffix rules applicable. Below mentioned is the planning for the functioning of the plants respectively.

Plants Fully Operational

• MSEL Cell – The plant is fully operational and associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSPVL Cell – The plant is fully operational and associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSEL Module – The plant is fully operational and associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSPVL Module – The plant is fully operational and associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

Ingot & Wafer - The plant is fully operational and associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty is their designated shift schedule.

Please note – Since it’s a public holiday, those associates attending duty shall be paid overtime as per the rule.

Absenting associates shall lose PH benefits and special attendance incentive. For any assistance, please contact your respective plant supervisors, we shall be happy to help.

Our Client organization is pleased to announce that a Special Incentive Scheme for the month of November 2024 has been approved for MSEL, MSPVL & MSTL Plant considering as a token of appreciation for our associates, an additional special incentive will be Rs. 2000/-, over and above the existing incentive scheme. i.e., Normal monthly incentive + Additional incentive Rs. 2000/-.
