To be eligible for FTC, you need to complete both the technical and behavioral assessments and successfully submit and validate your credentials.
We encourage you to attend these assessments as per the schedule.
Once you have successfully completed these assessments, you will be on your way to joining Adani on a fixed-term basis. Eligible associates will be considered effective April 1, 2025
Please note that if you do not attend the assessments, you will be disqualified from the FTC process for April, however, you may be considered in Oct 25 batch.
We will notify you of the assessment schedule next month, so get ready and be prepared!

Background: Vishakha guidelines were established by the Supreme Court of India to ensure the "prevention of sexual harassment" (POSH) and mandate mechanisms like the Internal Complaint Committee
(ICC) for addressing grievances.
The Vishakha Guidelines outline the following key points:
Zero Tolerance towards any form of sexual harassment.
• Compliance Mechanism to report instances of sexual harassment.
• Preventive Measures by conducting Regular training sessions and workshops.
• Redressal Committee to handle complaints and ensure fair and timely resolution.
What is Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment includes unwelcome acts suchlas physical contact, advances, requests for sexual favors, sexually colored remarks, showing pornography and any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.

In the light of directions received from the Ministry of Labour & Employment, to ensure that all eligible employees benefit from the Employment Linked Incentive (ELI) Scheme announced in Union Budget 2024-25, UAN activation and AADHAAR seeding in Bank Account of each employee are mandatory.
Every subscriber of EPFO is required to have an AADHAAR linked Universal Account Number (UAN) which needs to be activated by creating login on the Member Portal for availing a number of facilities through a single window.
The activation process is straightforward and can be completed using an Aadhaar-based OTP (One-Time Password) by following the steps given below:

As our nation is celebrating 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji (Father Of The Nation) on October 02, 2024 (National Holiday) i.e., Wednesday , shall be observed as paid holiday at the client site. However, October 03, 2024, shall be a normal working day with prefix and suffix rules applicable. Below mentioned is the planning for functioning of the plants, respectively.
Plants Fully Operational
• MSPVL Cell – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.
• MSEL Cell – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.
• MSEL Module – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.
• MSPVL Module – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.
• MSTL, Ingot & Wafer - Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule
Please note – Since it’s a national public holiday, those associates attending duty shall be paid overtime as per rule.
Absenting associates shall lose PH benefit and attendance incentive.
