Greetings for the festive season!

Our Client organization is pleased to announce that a Special Incentive Scheme for the month of November 2024 has been approved for MSEL, MSPVL & MSTL Plant considering as a token of appreciation for our associates, an additional special incentive will be Rs. 2000/-, over and above the existing incentive scheme. i.e., Normal monthly incentive + Additional incentive Rs. 2000/-.

For getting Additional Incentive Rs. 2000/- associates must be present from 31st October to 2nd November 2024.

For the payroll cycle running from 25th October to 24th November 2024, eligible associates will receive a special incentive amount. Please note that all other terms and conditions remain the same as per the existing incentive scheme.

As a responsible care organization, client management is pleased to inform you that any associates who is planning and availing his leave in advance and returns back within the approved leave period shall be reimbursed with fares equivalent to 3 tier AC train or AC bus tickets, while resuming back to the duty.

Fares shall be reimbursed subject to submission of tickets to your respective agency HR team along with your leave form.

Reimbursements shall be paid in the next payroll cycle along with salaries.

This is applicable with immediate effect.

As our nation is celebrating 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji (Father Of The Nation) on October 02, 2024 (National Holiday) i.e., Wednesday , shall be observed as paid holiday at the client site. However, October 03, 2024, shall be a normal working day with prefix and suffix rules applicable. Below mentioned is the planning for functioning of the plants, respectively.


Plants Fully Operational

• MSPVL Cell – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSEL Cell – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSEL Module – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSPVL Module – Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule.

• MSTL, Ingot & Wafer - Plant is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule

Please note – Since it’s a national public holiday, those associates attending duty shall be paid overtime as per rule.

Absenting associates shall lose PH benefit and attendance incentive.
