It's about Soul lineage, not about 3D physical DNA lineage in this present lifetime or interstellar travel.
Our/Your/My Souls are eternal.
Souls are not 3D physical.
Souls are multidimensional.
Our Souls exist both within our present 3D physical body and in the non-physical realms simultaneously.
