Enemy information:

The withdrawal of Golani forces from Shujaiya is evidence of the ferocity of the fighting in that region.

Despite the small size of the camps in the central regions, the Israeli army forces faced fierce fighting.

In Khan Yunis, which is not far from the scene, it learned lessons from the battles in the northern Gaza Strip and Gaza, and used new methods of fighting, which made it difficult for the army to use the same military tactics that were used in those previous areas.
The fighting we are witnessing in those areas reflects the great preparations of Hamas and Islamic Jihad during the period preceding the fight against "Israel."

Al-Aqsa Channel:

Head of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory, Rami Abdo:

🔻The Israeli “defense” team told a series of blatant and previously expected lies before the International Court of Justice, as it repeated vague vocabulary that the Israeli occupation has used over decades to justify all the crimes committed against the Palestinian people since 1948.

🔻South Africa presented facts supported by evidence, while the occupation presented unsubstantiated statements and allegations, but rather directives and artificial scenes prepared in advance to maneuver and support lies.

The “Israeli” legal team tried to reduce the essence of the “Israeli” statements calling for genocide, which is something that the South African team addressed in advance by presenting a large number of statements by “Israeli” officials that cannot be refuted or considered a slip of the tongue, including statements by decision makers from the head of the government. And the war council.

🔻 The “Israeli” team wanted to announce a preliminary rejection of the case on the basis of the court’s lack of jurisdiction by saying that what governs the ongoing “Israeli” attack on the Gaza Strip falls within the framework of international humanitarian law and its mechanisms and not the Genocide Convention.

🔻The occupation focuses on the Hamas movement as an opponent classified as a “terrorist organization” by 41 countries, including Saudi Arabia, which unfortunately was literally mentioned by the “Israeli Defense” team.

The “Israeli” team responded to South Africa’s request to allow investigation teams to pass into Gaza by saying that access to the Strip is in the hands of Egypt and not “Israel,” but it ignores that Tel Aviv is the party that inspects aid trucks entering Gaza via Egypt and also asks Cairo Providing him with the names of any people - especially the wounded - who will pass through the Rafah crossing
