Hate Speech Laws through the back door. The Bill inserts Section 7A into the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 1994 making it an offence to distribute or display material in a public place which is 'threatening, abusive, insulting or obscene' aggravated by 'hatred' towards those with 'protected characteristics', defined as including race, colour, ethnicity & gender identity. Will people now be arrested & charged for public order offences when exercising their right to free speech & to protest because they are displaying 'insulting' banners in a public place 'aggravated by hatred'? The government has already cited the difficulty in securing convictions under the Prohibition of Incitement to Hatred Act, 1989 so is this the reason for the new Section 7A? This is wide open to abuse by successive governments to clamp down on a citizen's right to free speech & protest. McEntee has already warned that next on their agenda is 'hate speech' laws. FROM DIARMUID: HOW THEY COULD RIG THE ELECTION (AND HOW WE COULD STOP THEM)

Discourage likely voters

Tell lies about Remigration candidates.

Deny any publicity to Remigration candidates.

Send polling cards to dead people and people who are nó longer in Ireland.

Send polling cards to foreigners who are ón the electoral register, but who are not entitled to vote in General Elections.

Remove Irish citizens from the register and refuse to allow them to vote.

Use mail-in votes for the elderly and sick.

Print an exact duplicate set of ballot papers, fill them in secretly, and switch them for the real votes at some time before the count begins. This is by far the most efficient way for them to rig the election.

There are a lot of people at the count centre, and if they were very skilled, it might be possible for them to lose a bunch of votes for a Remigration candidate.
The final thing they could do to rig the election is to rún some fake opposition Remigration candidates. Once they get elected, they can reveal their true colours, betray the people who elected them and act to increase mass migration.

What we can do:

Much of the work of the election is done by County Councils. We can write to councillors – and civil servants – highlighting some of the weaknesses in the system, BEFORE election day. We could urge them to take care. If you are brave enough to do this, your name will go ón their enemies list, they will ignore, insult, mock and even directly threaten you.

Radio and TV have some legal obligations to give every candidate some publicity. The newspapers don't. The media will be able to ignore their legal obligations. We must grab the publicity ourselves, through peaceful, spectacular Remigration publicity stunts. Check out what Martin Sellner and the Identity Movement are doing in the Germanosphere to great success: Both in Austria and Germany, remigration parties are the biggest or second biggest party. We must allow for cultural differences, but there is much we can learn from the Germans, in terms of peaceful but high publicity tactics. We could organise peaceful protests outside media offices, for example.

On the day of the vote, we could create a festival atmosphere, encouraging people to vote. When the van arrives to collect all the ballot boxes, we could ask the drivers for their identity, and follow the van into the counting centre, just to be sure nothing happens ón the way there. We could maintain a peaceful, musical and good natured vigil all night outside the counting centre, and chant slogans urging staff not to switch any votes.

We could insist that more than one Garda is garding the votes, and that the Gardai watch the votes even after the County Council staff take them over.

During the count itself, we must have as many observers as possible. Our Guys and Gals could apply for jobs as vote counters. They will be able to keeop a closer eye ón things from the inside.

We could have a peaceful protest outside the count centre. If there were 5,000 Remigration protestors outside the count centre, it would be very difficult for election riggers to give the Remigration candidate less than 5,000 votes!

Even if there is a similar, very low vote as happened in the local elections, we must be ready with a cheerful, loud demonstration that we want Remigration.

Norway has declared that all merchants within the country must accept physical cash for any payment totalling less than the equivalent of ~$1,900.
