Job Title: Key Account Specialist - Digital Healthcare Platform

Job Location: 1103, 11th Floor, Sakura Tower, Bogyoke Aung San Road, Kyauktada Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

Office Hours: 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm (Flexible)
Off Days: Weekends and Public holidays.

Job Description:
· Assist in managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
· Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Gain a deep understanding of My-Medicine's products and services to communicate their value to clients effectively.
· Monitor account performance and generate reports on key metrics.
· Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
