One of my mentees gave an interview to one of the Top MNCs.

He gives 2 rounds of interviews and a 10 day process.

Yesterday is his final interview round but 1 hour before he called HR about 3 rd round.

But HR is not picking the call.

He tried 2 times back to back and HR didn't respond.

So he sent an email to her.

He didn't receive any response till now.

A customer walks into a store, and the staff instantly knows their preferences, past purchases, and even their favorite products.

That’s the kind of experience Salesforce can create.

But to make it happen, we need to decide—should we use Admin tools or dive into development?

In this post, I’ll share a real-life example of how a Knowledge Base Portal in Salesforce used Salesforce to build a Customer Relationship.

We’ll see how Admins, Developers, and LWC Developers worked together to make it possible.

By the end, you’ll have a clear idea of how to use Salesforce for your own needs.

Imagine you’re working on a Salesforce project, and suddenly, something doesn’t work as expected—frustrating, right?

That’s where bug management comes in.

It’s not just about fixing issues; it’s about tracking, prioritizing, and resolving them systematically.

Bugs can cause delays, miscommunications, and unhappy users if not handled well.

In Salesforce, things can get tricky with customizations, integrations, and fast-moving updates, making bug management even more critical.

So, let’s explore how we can tackle bugs effectively and ensure our projects run smoothly.

Trust me, it’s simpler than it sounds when you have the right process!

Why is knowing the business important for developers?

As developers, we focus a lot on technical skills.

However, understanding the business side is just as important.

Without knowing the business, even great technical work can miss the mark.

Business scenarios help us see the real problems clients face.

When we understand that, we can build solutions that truly help.

It's not just about coding.

It's about knowing why we are doing it.

So, if you're a developer, take the time to learn about the business.

Ask questions.

Understand how things work.

The more you know, the better your solutions will be.

What do we hope for after an interview?

The "you're perfect for this role!" call.

Confidence that we nailed every question.

A feeling that we clicked with the interviewer.

Excitement about this incredible opportunity.

The more common reality...

Radio silence, or a polite rejection email.

Replaying awkward moments and cringing.

Wondering where we went wrong.

Feeling discouraged and doubting ourselves.

The truth: Interview failure is NORMAL. Even great candidates don't get every job.

How to bounce back:

Ask for feedback (if possible), it might reveal valuable insights.

Don't take it personally – sometimes it's about fit, not just your skills.

Practice makes better. Each interview is a learning experience.

Remind yourself of your strengths.

Rejection isn't the end of the road.

It might redirect you to something even better!
