Esthesioneuroblastoma.

Origin - Bipolar sensory receptor cells in the
olfactory mucosa.

Incidence - once in 11-20 years of age group anc
again in 50-60 years age group.

Primary sites of occurrence include superior nasal
cavity nasal septum the turbinates, the ethmoid,
the cribriform plate.

Intralesional calcification and presence of cystsalong the intracranial margins in case of intracranial extension yield a definite diagnosis.
