Are you passionate about innovation in Smart Homes and Buildings? Do you have the technical skills and the drive to work on cutting-edge projects? Join our dynamic team as a Technical Office Engineer and be part of transforming the way people live and work through intelligent building solutions!


Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and maintain technical drawings, designs, and plans for Smart Homes and Building projects.
* Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure technical accuracy and timely project delivery.
* Develop and update project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and material lists.
* Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimations, and technical assessments for new and ongoing projects.
* Provide technical support and solutions during project execution and troubleshooting.
* Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Smart Home automation, IoT, and intelligent building systems.


Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
* 3+ years of experience in a technical office or design role, preferably within the Smart Homes/Building Automation industry.
* Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) or other design tools.
* Knowledge of smart building systems (Including KNX and wireless systems), light current systems and similar systems.

لأننا شركة توظيف يصلنا يومياً مئات السير الذاتية، للأسف ٩٠٪ من السير الذاتية التي نستلمها يتم تجاهلها بعد بضع ثوانٍ فقط. الغريب أن الأمر لم يكن متعلقًا بمؤهلات المتقدمين أو خبراتهم، بل بسبب عدم ملاءمة شكل السيرة الذاتية أو طريقة تقديمها لعرضها على الشركة أو المدير المسؤول.

ما أريد توضيحه هو أن هناك مجموعة من الخطوات البسيطة التي يمكن أن تُحدث فرقًا كبيرًا في كيفية استعراض سيرتك الذاتية وجذب انتباه مسؤولي التوظيف. هذه التعديلات لن تأخذ أكثر من 10 دقائق، لكنها قد تكون العامل الذي يضمن لك الفرصة في المقابلة التالية.

سأشارك بعض النصائح المستخلصة من تجربتي كمتخصص في الموارد البشرية ومن آراء خبراء المجال من الزملاء في wolfoflinkedin.com . إذا كان لديك أي تعليق أو إضافة، فلا تتردد في مشاركتها. وفي النهاية، لا يوجد "صواب" أو "خطأ" مطلق في هذه الأمور، لكن الأهم أن سيرتك الذاتية تترك انطباعًا إيجابيًا في الثواني الأولى لتحفيز الشخص الذي يراجعها على متابعة القراءة واكتشاف مهاراتك وإنجازاتك و ما ستضيفه في مكانك الجديد.

و هنا بعض أهم الأخطاء الشائعة:

1- #Email subject line empty Shouldn't be empty, add your name and job title you're applying to.. you may do the same to the name of the attached document

2- Don't send an email with no written message inside, writing something positive will get a better impression

3- NEVER add too many companies in same Email, It could be treated as spam

4- Don't forget to attach your CV in the email, it seems weird but many people

5- Don’t forward. You can get a better first impression in few clicks, do them.

6- Always send your CV in English; you may send in other languages upon request only.

7- A CV of 20 pages is too much. Maximum 3 pages, less is preferred.

8- Don't attach tons of #Certificates, only if required.

9- CV #format must be pdf or word. don't use a jpg or other photo formats.

10- Standard CVs are always the best. Too much colors, borders, images and logos, are frustrating

11- "Curriculum vitae", "resume" or "CV" word on top of the file should be removed. use the space for something more interesting.

12- Review the email carefully; avoid grammatical, spelling or punctuation mistakes.

13- Don't copy & paste the contents of the CV or the message itself. Be authentic.

14- Use a #professional Email including your actual name.

15- Add your LinkedIn Profile Link.

16- Remove objective from CV.

17- Don't keep references personal contact details in your CV.

18- Add photo only if requested to avoid discrimination.
