One of the most challenging goodbyes occurs when we love someone yet recognize the impossibility of establishing a healthy relationship with them. Remaining in the relationship means continuing to wait for changes that will never materialize, tolerating hurtful actions, accepting minimal effort, and losing ourselves in an attempt to avoid loss.

Although departing will be painful, it will ultimately lead to healing. Conversely, staying will perpetuate the cycle of hurt, causing the wound to deepen. Sometimes, choosing to leave is not a reflection of a lack of love for the person, but rather a demonstration of self-love and self-care, which necessitates leaving with love.

We all want to be treated fairly. At work or school, when we buy something or receive a service. We don’t want to be judged simply because of how we look, our disability, sex, or our age. In Australia, we have a law that protects people from this kind of unfair treatment.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀
One of the main concerns is discrimination. When we talk about a person being discriminated against, it means they’re being treated badly or unfairly because of a personal characteristic that is protected by the law.

Discrimination happens when a person, or a group of people, is treated less favourably than another person or group because of their background or certain personal characteristics. This is known as ‘direct discrimination’.

Ernest Hemingway once said: In our darkest moments, we don’t need solutions or advice. What we yearn for is simply human connection—a quiet presence, a gentle touch. These small gestures are the anchors that hold us steady when life feels like too much.

Please don’t try to fix me. Don’t take on my pain or push away my shadows. Just sit beside me as I work through my own inner storms. Be the steady hand I can reach for as I find my way.

My pain is mine to carry, my battles mine to face. But your presence reminds me I’m not alone in this vast, sometimes frightening world. It’s a quiet reminder that I am worthy of love, even when I feel broken.
So, in those dark hours when I lose my way, will you just be here? Not as a rescuer, but as a companion. Hold my hand until the dawn arrives, helping me remember my strength.

Your silent support is the most precious gift you can give. It’s a love that helps me remember who I am, even when I forget.

“Moira Deeming wins defamation case against John Pesutto, judge orders $300k in damages.

Ms Deeming brought the lawsuit against Mr Pesutto, alleging he had defamed her as a Nazi sympathiser in the wake of an anti-trans-rights rally on the steps of Victorian parliament last year that was gatecrashed by neo-Nazis.

In the aftermath of the rally, Mr Pesutto failed in a bid to have Ms Deeming booted from the parliamentary Liberal Party — she was instead suspended for nine months.”

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

The decision is a shocking indictment on the Liberal Party.

Remember Moira wasn’t just defamed by the Victorian State Leader, but was cast out of the Parliamentary Party by the majority of her colleagues in what can only be described as outrageous bullying.

There is more to this than meets the eye. This is actually an insight into the bullying that occurs within the Liberal by the left faction of the Liberal Party.

I lost preselection within the Liberal Party because of the lies spread by the left faction here in Queensland.

Whilst only making up a small percentage of the membership, the left exert too much influence within the Parliamentary Party and the Executive.

They are a cancer on the party as the views of the left wing do not align with the values espoused by the party.

It is for this reason the Liberal party cannot ever be trusted to uphold their values.

Incredibly, Pesutto has said he intends to continue in his role showing just how arrogant he is. Pesutto reminds me of the saying "if you think tough men are dangerous, wait until you see what weak men are capable of."

Peter Dutton must insist Pesutto stand down and every member of the Liberal Party that voted against Moira be expelled from the party for bigotry and bullying.

I say bigotry, because many members of the left engage in bigotry against LNP members who hold conservative values.

Until that bigotry in the left wing of the Liberal Party is called out and cut out of the party like the cancer it is, the Liberal Party cannot ever never be trusted to uphold true blue Australian values.

THE GREAT METHANE-BOVAER SCAM

Wake up, the belief that we’ll avoid bad weather by drugging cattle with Bovaer to reduce their farts is one of the greatest scams of all time

https://cbc.ca/radio/quirks/mar-2-2019-the-goodness-paradox-secrets-in-poop-converting-carbon-to-coal-and-more-1.5037008/do-cows-produce-more-methane-than-rotting-grass-1.5037019…

The actual amount of methane released from a single blade of grass wouldn't change if it was just left to decompose, or if it was eaten by a cow & then digested by the bacteria in their gut

The only difference is that the methane would be released more quickly by a cow or other ruminants - animals that acquire nutrients from plant-based foods with the help of microorganisms

Cattle are ruminant animals & are in the company of about 200 other ruminant species–sheep, goats, buffalo, deer, elk, giraffes & camels

A ruminant animal is a specialized digestive system that allows them to break down & digest food that is indigestible by non-ruminants such as humans

Speaking of News Corp, yesterday they were bragging on social media how they led the “Let Kids be Kids” campaign to keep children off social media.

You have to ask yourself why media companies, especially a foreign owned company like News Corp are trying to make the news instead of reporting it.

The answer of course is profit and control.

Social media is killing the mainstream media.

People are sick of the lies the mainstream media push.

Unfortunately because politicians need the mainstream media to push their lies they work hand in hand to suppress alternative points of view.

It’s worth noting that Newscorp was at the forefront of pushing Covid jabs and no jab no pay in regard to vaccines. The long term impact of this coercion has backfired as people have become wary of the no liability for Big Pharma while the individual bears all the risk.

Big Pharma need Big Media work together for profit and control as well.

There is no doubt mainstream media needs to be broken up in this country.

They have become too powerful and controlling. Shared - Senator Gerard Rennick

Even though the two major parties won’t say it, the social media companies will.
For the Online Safety Bill to work Social Media companies “will likely require each app provider to collect personal identification or biometric data from all Australians in order to prevent under 16s from accessing their services,” in what they call an inefficient and burdensome process for everyone.
Not to mention the surveillance opportunities such an identification process will bring.
Governments really need to stay out of our lives. Instead of protecting our private lives the two major parties seem intent on controlling every aspect of it.

ESTABLISHMENT HEART SPECIALISTS FINALLY ADMITTING WHAT CONSPIRACY THEORISTS HAVE WARNED ABOUT FOR YEARS

https://www.naturalnews.com/2024-11-15-cardiologists-spike-protein-mrna-covid-vaccines-cardiotoxin.html

By Lance D Johnson

At a recent cardiology meeting in Auckland, New Zealand, a striking admission was made: the spike protein generated by mRNA COVID-19 vaccines is now being recognized as a cardiotoxin — a substance capable of causing direct harm to the heart. According to the cardiologist who made the admission, this toxic protein is the root cause of the alarming increase in heart-related illnesses seen in both young and old patients since the vaccine’s rollout. As cardiology waiting rooms and cardiac wards fill to capacity — especially with young patients suffering from previously rare conditions — many healthcare professionals are beginning to speak out about a growing public health crisis that the government and health authorities seem determined to ignore.
Cardiologists have never seen heart damage like this in young people
The evidence of vaccine-related heart damage is overwhelming, according to various reports from within New Zealand's hospitals. Cardiac surgeons are quietly advising patients who have undergone procedures like coronary bypass surgery to “refuse future vaccine boosters,” as their risk of further heart complications could be exacerbated.

One cardiologist noted that the rise in heart disease cases — especially in younger, previously healthy individuals — corresponds directly with the introduction of the mRNA vaccines. The surge is described as “unprecedented,” with waiting rooms across New Zealand’s hospitals increasingly full of “young patients” suffering from conditions such as myocarditis, pericarditis and other heart issues previously uncommon in this demographic. As this reality becomes more widely understood, many doctors are growing increasingly concerned about the future health consequences for vaccinated individuals.

Furthermore, cancer experts such as James Royle, a UK-based oncologist, have pointed out that there has been an increase in the incidence of “aggressive, stage 4 cancers” — also known as "turbo cancers" — especially among young people. These cancers display “novel biological characteristics” that are not typically seen in the general population. Royle suggests a “causal link” between the mRNA vaccines and this disturbing trend, citing evidence of 13 bio-molecular mechanisms through which the vaccines could trigger cancer growth.

I was just about to post this video yesterday when I heard the great news that the MAD bill was dead.

But nevertheless, we must maintain the fight against these anti-free speech totalitarians that are in the pockets of the WEF globalists that want to censor opinions they disagree with.

Defeating the MAD Bill is not enough, we need to clean out ACMA as they already have too much power, and we need to amendment our Constitution to insert a provision similar to the US 1st Amendment to ensure anything remotely similar Albanese’s MAD Bill is never introduced into the Australian Parliament ever again.

This week in estimates I exposed the bureaucracy on their lack of quality assurance and integrity in a number of areas. The level of sloppy attention to detail and unwillingness to uphold the Public Service Code of Conduct in regard to acting with integrity is indicative of both a political class that is incapable of holding the Bureaucracy to account and a Bureaucracy that is not interested in acting in the best interests of the people.

There were a number of issues that I covered that we will get on clips in the next few weeks. Here are some of the key ones.

On Monday, it was revealed in the RRAT Senate Estimates Committee that Federal Government funding for Avoca Road, near the Prime Minster's newly acquired beach house, was increased from $30 million to $100 million. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Infrastructure Minister Catherine King must come clean on why the Federal Government would increase funding for a road that was not a Federal Highway without asking the NSW State Government to increase it’s share of funding as well. If the NSW State Government didn’t think the road warranted further funding, then why did the Commonwealth increase funding by another $70 million from $30 million to $100 million? Given the large number of Infrastructure projects that were cancelled by the Albanese Government, why did this project have its funding increased?

On Tuesday, it was revealed in the Legal and Constitutional Senate Estimates Committee that ASIO and the AFP had received legal advice that the politician referred to by Mike Burgess in his annual threat assessment earlier this year had in fact breached S142.2 of the Commonwealth Criminal Code Act. This section states that a Commonwealth public official commits an offence if the official engages in conduct with the intention of obtaining a benefit for himself or herself. How does the ex-politician who sold out to China not fall into this category and why is ASIO claiming this official can't be prosecuted? Given ASIO and the AFP had received legal advice from a Barrister four months ago, it beggars belief that they are allowing a politician, who in the words of Mike Burgess “sold Australia out,” to not be prosecuted. Why aren’t ASIO and the AFP upholding the law in what is possibly the worst case of political espionage in Australia’s history?

On Wednesday it was revealed in the Senate Economics Estimates Committee that Treasury and the Australia Tax Office have not updated the Tax Treaty with Ireland since 1983. Since that time Ireland has joined the EU and lowered its company tax rate considerably, making it a favoured destination for Multinational Companies seek to avoid their international tax obligations, including those of Australia. Given the notoriety of Ireland’s tax regime, it has to be asked why Treasury and the ATO has done nothing to crack down on shifting profits to Ireland from Australia.

On Thursday it was revealed that the TGA failed to report to the public in August 2021, the findings of an autopsy that attributed the death of a 52-year man to the Pfizer vaccine. This begs the question as to how many more autopsy reports the TGA has hidden from the public and why the TGA never advised the public of the risks of the Pfizer vaccine. Millions of people continued to the take the Pfizer vaccine and tens of thousands were subsequently injured and even killed. The TGA has clearly failed to act with honesty and integrity about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine that has caused serious bodily harm.

It’s as if standing up for yourself, knowing your worth, and setting boundaries somehow makes you the problem. The irony is, the very people pointing fingers often thrive in environments where others are too afraid to challenge them, where they can get away with unhealthy behaviors unchecked.

When you refuse to tolerate mistreatment or dishonesty, you’re disrupting the patterns that allow people to continue with manipulative or toxic behavior. You’re holding up a mirror to what’s wrong, and not everyone is ready to face that. So, they deflect—labeling you as the problem to avoid dealing with the truth you’re shining a light on. It’s a common tactic, but that doesn’t mean it’s fair or true.

Being labeled “difficult” or “crazy” for having self-respect and boundaries isn’t a reflection of you; it’s a reflection of what those people are unwilling to change. It’s a way of diminishing your power, trying to make you doubt yourself so you’ll fall back in line. But you don’t have to. In fact, staying true to who you are and standing firm in your boundaries is a sign of strength, not weakness.

People who respect themselves and others will see you as strong, wise, and authentic. They’ll appreciate the honesty and integrity you bring, even if it’s uncomfortable at times. And those are the people worth keeping close—the ones who value mutual respect and truth, who honor boundaries rather than resent them.

So, when people label you negatively just because you refuse to be treated poorly, know that it says more about them than it does about you. Keep standing up for yourself. Keep demanding respect. You’re not here to make people comfortable by compromising who you are. You’re here to live authentically, to show others what self-worth looks like, and to inspire those who are ready to respect themselves as well.

Be proud of your boundaries, your standards, and your strength. You’re not difficult; you’re discerning. You’re not crazy; you’re clear on what you deserve. And you’re certainly not toxic—you’re showing others what healthy relationships look like. Stay true to yourself, because in a world that too often tolerates what shouldn’t be tolerated, that’s exactly what we need more of 🤝

The government will enact world-first rules to ban children under 16 from accessing social media.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Communications Minister Michelle Rowland said social media companies would have a year before the rules came in to give them time to work out how to stop children signing up, or face big fines. Google’s popular video sharing site YouTube was also surprisingly named as potentially being subject to the ban.

How will they monitor such a rule? Digital ID's... 🤷

A parenting plan documents the care arrangements of your children. Theoretically, parenting plans are useful in that they create an agreement between you and your ex-partner about the parenting and care arrangements of your children.

A Parenting Plan Mediation is simply the negotiation and agreement between you and your ex-partner on those matters.

Candace Owens has been blocked from entering Australia for a speaking tour – we must pressure Australian Immigration Minister Tony Burke to reinstate Candace’s visa.

SIGN: Australian government must allow Candace Owens to speak Down Under. https://lifepetitions.com/petition/candaceowens

Candace Owens has been banned from entering Australia ahead of her forthcoming speaking tour to Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.

The Department of Immigration denied a visa for Owens, who enjoys a combined social media following of over 13 million and is a long-time Donald Trump supporter. Meanwhile, Australia's Minister of Home Affairs, Tony Burke, asserted that her planned visit has a “capacity to incite discord” and her views are best shared “somewhere else.”

Another attempt to silence and remove freedom of speech rights. We all know Candace won't let this go down lightly.

Good to see the Qld Labor Govt get smashed with a swing of 7% against them

However, Pauline Hanson’s One Nation result was sadly disappointing

They only managed 7.8% of the vote & didn‘t win any seats

And although One Nation was up a notional 0.7% from the last QLD state election - this is substantially ⬇️from 13.7% they got in 2017

The reality is that 43% of people that voted One Nation in QLD in 2017 have abandoned the party

If these numbers are repeated at the Fed election next year One Nation wouldn't win a seat in the Senate. It would be a national tragedy if we lost both Senator Malcolm Roberts & Gerrard Rennick

Could I suggest to One Nation that we love your cartoon series, but by making Albanese “the star” all you are doing is shifting votes away from Labor to the LNP - with no benefit to One Nation.

Their policies are what Australia needs, but the voting shows that the message is not get through & they need a re-think

Anything you can suggest that One Nation can do differently/better?

Wake up Australia! Australia is close to a take over!

I am writing this article to let people know how close we are to be taken over.
Labour, Liberal and Greens are being dictated to by the world economic forum. A group of older males that are sociopath billionaires.

Their end goal is they want a one world government and to remove our rights, all of them. The rights they want to remove are no property rights, no human rights, no cash, sterilization of the population, no privacy, travel restrictions, digital ID, social credit scores, eating GMO food, medical mandates, population reduction, world government, transhumanism, a two tier society, no middle class and implanted micro chips.

Property Settlement Mediation.

One of the things you need to look at promptly following separation, is the division of assets and liabilities. In the context of family law, these matters are usually referred to as property settlements.

Mediation is affordable for everyone. The aim is to help families and the general public affected by conflict and disputes, reach solutions without going to Court.

Contact MMPS for a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘, initial, no-obligation consultation with one of our Accredited Mediators to discuss whether or not mediation suits you.

As a mother of a 12 year old daughter, who is one of the few children at school, without a mobile phone, I have been researching safe options for when she turns 13 and is allowed to have the privilege of a phone.

The Social Institute (TSI) is the leader in empowering students by understanding students. Through #WinAtSocial, their gamified, peer-to-peer learning platform, equip students, educators, and families with skills necessary to navigate their social world – in the classroom and beyond, both online and offline – in healthy, high-character ways.

These resources have helped settle me nerves when thinking about giving my child a phone and all that that comes with it, and with this agreement as a first step, I feel empowered to work with my child on this topic.

The agreement can be found in the parent resources section, via their website https://thesocialinstitute.com/

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀.
Actually, the exact opposite is true. Mediation can often avoid costly lawsuits and damage to your reputation. Mediation is “behind-closed-doors” vs a public court appearance. Mediation is confidential.

𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱, “𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.”
The only thing worse than thinking you are “right”, is betting that a judge or jury will agree with you. In a court appearance you don’t have an unlimited amount of time to state your case and convince a jury. In mediation, the parties are in control of how the dispute is resolved.
𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 #𝟯
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲.
Actually, every case will be resolved…in some way, at some point. The questions are: How long do you really want this to drag on? How much money do you want to spend? And what is the toll on you? Hire a professional to help you get to a resolution as quickly as possible.

Hiroyuki Sanada once said, "There are those who want a swimming pool in their home, while those who have it barely use it." Those who have lost a loved one miss them deeply, while others who hold them close often complain about them. Who doesn't have a partner longs for it, but who has it, sometimes doesn't value it. He who is hungry would give everything for a plate of food, while he who has plenty complains about the taste. The one who doesn't have a car dreams it, while the one who has it always looks for a better one. The key is to be grateful, to stop looking at what we have and to understand that, somewhere, someone would give everything for what you already have and don't appreciate."
