Kurang pasti meter biskita telah berjaya direset?

Bagi pelanggan yang menggunakan meter berjenama ACTARIS, CONLOG, LANDIS GYR dan STAR (STS Upgraded) bolehlah mengetahui sama ada meter biskita berjaya direset melalui kaedah yang dinyatakan. Jika Prepaid Meter Reset biskita TIDAK BERJAYA, orang ramai bolehlah menghubungi Pusat Bantuan TID Rollover yang beroperasi 24 Jam setiap hari bermula dari 18 November sehingga 07 Disember 2024 bagi sebarang pertanyaan, aduan atau maklumat lanjut.

SIARAN AKHBAR - Penubuhan Pusat Bantuan TID Rollover (TID Rollover Support Center)

Jabatan Perkhidmatan Elektrik ingin memaklumkan kepada orang ramai mengenai dengan penubuhan Pusat Bantuan TID Rollover (TID Rollover Support Center) berhubung dengan TID Rollover yang akan berlaku pada 24 November 2024.

Objektif utama penubuhan Pusat Bantuan ini adalah bagi mengurangkan impak TID Rollover bagi pelanggan-pelanggan yang menggunakan meter prabayar seluruh negara. Selain itu, dengan adanya penubuhan Pusat Bantuan ini diharapkan akan dapat membantu melancarkan dan mengurangkan isu-isu yang berkemungkinan berbangkit selepas 24 November 2024. Pusat Bantuan ini akan beroperasi 24 jam setiap hari bermula dari hari Isnin, 18 November 2024 sehingga hari Sabtu, 07 Disember 2024.

Orang ramai bolehlah menghubungi nombor yang tertera untuk penjadualan penukaran meter, bagi penerangan lanjut mengenai Prepaid Meter Reset atau bagi memperolehi Kod Reset.
