JD Vance is not a media outlet governed by specific FCC regulations. For a long time if a news network wanted to push propaganda they would have a guest on or do and interview with someone. The issue that are going to run into here is that employees of the network pushed information that was debunked on multiple occasions on other networks and then supported on their own networks by reliable sources.
