Dear customers,

After a long time of no activity from our side, we're finally proud to annonce that we're back with a special return.

We're here to announce our new panel HydraBoxing V3. It is a revamped version of the old V2 panel but with more functionalities and an automatic receipt/notification system and a more friendly user interface.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We automatically imported active users based on the deposit date. We imported all users who have made at least 1 successful deposit during the past 3 months to our new V3 site.

However, if you have an inactive account with balance, it will still be on the old V2 panel so you would need to contact @NetworkHydra in order to transfer the funds to the V3 site.

Also if you just have an account with no balance, please simply create a brand new account on the V3 panel. We disabled ordering and deposit on the old panel also, so you would need to order via the newer version.

Dear clients, as you may have noticed some delays and the deletion of some countries. We want to inform you about the changes to keep you updated about the service. We're very sorry for this delayed announcement. We were highly overloaded with back-end problems. We hope you can understand that.

As for the changes, here are the changes down below

Netherlands:
- Delays fixed, gradually catching up to older orders. Scans are expected within 72 hours.

🟢

United States:
- Old orders with delays are being worked on, 90% has been fixed. Others will be done within a few days.

🟢

France:
- France was removed recently, but added back with extra options. Prices have been increased due to high demand and low supply. Please check the announcement down below.

🚫

Sweden:
- Sweden has been removed temporarily until further notice.

🚫

Belgium:
- Belgium has been removed temporarily until further notice.

🚫

Australia:
- Australia has been removed temporarily until further notice.

Notes:

- The deletion of the countries is just temporary. Most of them are worker-related issues. We will resume as soon as possible.

• Step 2: Provide Tracking ID as soon as possible once the parcel arrives in the packstation/post office. Then the RTS will be done.

• Step 3: After the RTS, it will say: "DHL couldn't deliver your package - Your package was returned to Amazon" → Parcel can be picked up after a successful refund

Celeritas Scans are now available in the panel. We removed the old Celeritas pickups due to high relabeling. Now you don't have to worry about relabels since they are panel scans.

Norway is now available. FTIDs directly dropped from Norway and ~~NOT Denmark~~ since a lot of boxers drop from Denmark. Drops are done on the same day or 24 hours after not including week-ends.
