At Khoshnaw Company as one of well-known companies for home appliances in Iraq, there is a great opportunity to recruit an Air conditioner (AC) Product sales manager and Salesman with below responsiblites for driving sales of mand air condioner products.
Both roles require a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer relationship management, and effective in-store product presentation.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies while maintaining regular communication with management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Analyze data to forecast sales and determine potential areas for growth in the Air conditioner product segments.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
3. Sales & Marketing Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
Monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
4. Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and outcomes.
5. In-Store Shop Management:
Manage the display and organization of air condioner products within retail spaces.
Ensure that all products are properly showcased to maximize visibility and appeal.
Collaborate with store staff to maintain an optimal shopping environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or AC industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English must)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with retail shop management is a plus.
