I’ve been in contact with several lawyers (Dale, Liberty Counsel, and First Liberty) who are interested in filing suit on the continued non-accommodation policies of the DoD (none of the approvals were from the USMC yet). For the USMC, I was told that they would like to have 25 plaintiffs before bringing a class action (I have 7 USMC responses thus far). For the other branches, I’ll reach out to those who left their contact info in the survey and are interested in joining a suit once I have anything further.

Thank you to all who submitted inputs! I’ve received 79 responses already. 8 were approved, 8 were fully denied, 12 were initially denied and appealed, and 36 are pending (no action yet).

We have every branch of service represented. I’d like to reach at least 100 responses and then craft an initial sanitized report that breaks down the data a little further for use in appeals to demonstrate that the DoD *can* and should provide accommodations. Over 60% of respondents have been able to not take the flu jab even without submitting an exemption further proving that 100% compliance is not necessary.

Today we announce an extremely important study regarding how the vaccine has affected pilots in America. Capt. Sherry Walker of AE4HF has launched an official IRB study through Oklahoma State University to finally put to bed what we've all been wondering.

As you know, actions speak louder than words and I don't know a more fierce leader than Sherry. Please take the time to complete this survey. It only takes about 5 minutes and can be completed on your phone. The study is completely anonymous. Once completed, please share with all of your pilot friends. CALL TO ACTION: Defending Life in the DoD

As most of you know, Senator Tuberville is taking an absolute beating because of his principled stand in defense of life. He is holding over 200 DOD nominations until the Administration revokes its abortion tourism policy. Senator Tuberville is standing, almost alone. He needs our help.

Attorney Mike Berry (of First Liberty Institute and the Navy SEALs lawsuit) is helping to collect names of current and former service members who are willing to sign a letter expressing their support of Senator Tuberville and his stance.
