⚡️Uni-Insiders: Exploring Princeton University

Join us this Sunday at 9 PM (UTC +5) for an insightful session with three exceptional Princeton students — Sayfullo, Feruza, and Vasila — as they share how Princeton's mission of service-driven leadership shapes their academic and extracurricular journeys.

Sayfullo Saidov, a freshman with a major in Civil & Environmental Engineering, serves as an officer for both the Japanese Students Association and Central Asian Students Association. He is also a member of Engineers Without Borders and Princeton Rocketry, and a Research Fellow at Princeton's Office of Sustainability.

Feruza Mukhammadieva is majoring in Computer Science and minoring Statistics & Machine Learning. She holds the Career Development chair at the Princeton Society of Women Engineers, is Co-President of the Central Asian Student Association, and is active in the Entrepreneurship Club and AI TigerTrek.

Vasila Mirshamsova is a Computer Science major with minors in Statistics & Machine Learning and Mathematics. Vasila is the Head Web Design and Development Editor for The Daily Princetonian, co-founded and co-presides over the Central Asian Student Association, and has held research and software engineering internships, including an upcoming role at Google.

The event is typically exclusive to Freshman students, but this Sunday, we are opening access to all.

To register, you will need to:

1. Send a “+” in the comments and share the post in your IG stories or Telegram Channel

2. If you have a private account on Instagram, share the screenshot of your story with us.

*Members of the Freshman Alumni Network will receive a separate link on the official Alumni Channel

If a guy who was impeached twice and who had 34 felony counts can become the president, then you can study for 25 minutes with your pomodoro timer.

Instagramni deactivate qilganimga 2 oydan oshdi. Avvaliga, ilovasini o'zini o'chirib tashlagan edim, lekin ba'zida webbrowserdan kirishga odatlanib qoldim. Vaqt kamroq sarflagan bo'lsamda baribir diqqat yaxshigina buzildi.

Mana 2 oydan beri umuman kirishga ehtiyoj sezganim yo'q. O'qishga qaytib kelib ancha trendlardan orqada qolganimni, atrofdagilarning kundalik lug'atlari o'zgarganidan bildim, misol "brat summer" va "demure"?? Sizni ishontirib ayta olamanki bu hayotimga hech qanday salbiy ta'sirini o'tkazgani yo'q, aksincha hayot ancha tinchroq.

Bundan tashqari diqqatim oshganini sezdim. Bir o'tirganda, telefonimni oxtarishga shoshmasdan uzoqroq vaqt ish qilib, kitob o'qiy olaman. Bu haqda yana yozib boraman.

Avgust oyi boshida o’qishdan yaqin do’stlarim O’zbekistonga ko’rgani kelishdi. Bir ikki kundan so’ng ulardan biri aytib qoldi: “Everything here is somehow related to weddings, no?”

Tarjimasi: “Bu yerda hamma narsa oxiri borib to’ylarga taqalar ekan, a?”. Ya’ni, bir bor nazar tashlab bu yerda odamlar tug’ilishi bilan to’y qilishni boshlaydi deb o’ylaydi kishi.

E’tibor berib qarang a. Misol bozorni ko’rdik, har tarafdan savdo qilish umididagi savdogarlar ovozi jaranlab turibdi, ”Kelin sarpo”, “Kuyov sarpo”, “Qudalarga bop narsalar”. Ayni o’sha sarpolarni solish uchun mahsus qutilar sotadigan do’konlar ham har qadamda uchraydi. Keyin u sarpolarni tashish uchun mahsus bezatilgan mashinalarni aytmasa ham bo’ladi. Hattoki oddiy uy jihozlari sotiladigan do’konlar ham “To’yona” deb nomlangan. Aytgancha, bunday narsalar o’ylashimcha oxirgi uch to’rt yilda shakillandi.

Xo’sh, bu ishlarga mukkasidan ketishni sababi nima bilmadim. Xulosa o’zingizdan.
