國際可持續準則理事會（ISSB），是由國際財務報告準則基金會（IFRS Foundation）於2021年成立，去年發佈兩套有關可持續發展和氣候相關揭露的要求（IFRS S1和S2），統稱為ISSB準則，成為全球首套可持續披露的標準。
