ولو هتعمل pericardiocentedis في التروما يبقى temporary لحد ما تجيب حد يعمل thoracotomy

في علاج dissection بدي non DHAB ال هم verapamil.. Diltiazem مش بدي DHAB ال هو amlodipine عشان بتعمل reflex tachycardia.
