2️⃣ KNOW THE RIGHT TIME TO APPLY AND ITS BENEFITS (MAKE RESEARCH ABOUT IT)

🌟There are minimum years in our current position before we can apply for GC.
For example, we need to stay at position PPP DG41 for 4 years before we can legally apply for GC DG44. Janganlah baru setahun posting, dah apply, memang takkan dapat haha!
Then, if you want to apply GC English subject, you have to teach English for 3 years straight.

🌟Refer to the last picture, that letter is pemakluman awal for GC offering in all MOE's institutions. Part ini kami panggil rezeki, because setiap tahun akan berubah. This year they open for GC DG48 in SK which tahun lepas takda. So, please please be alert this letter because this is the start point in your GC application. If not, you'll missed the train.

🖍️PP atau bahasa mudahnya (answer scheme) for test paper, but it is more detailed because it provides a breakdown of the marks for each part of the test. PP helps teachers to give fair and accurate marks for each part of the test. It may seem simple, but sometimes teachers forget the correct marking scheme, and that's why PP is created 🌸👍

📃JSI is established to produce a higher quality set of questions compared to those created spontaneously without following specific knowledge levels. Therefore, the creation of a JSI helps to generate questions that are valid and reliable. Takde lah caca merba UASA tu nanti.

📃JSI ensures the validity of the test content and make sure the balances between topics. So, setiap unit and theme akan dimasukkan. Barulah well-balanced, not focusing in one theme, topic or skills only.

📃In simpler terms:
JSI is like a blueprint for creating a test. It helps ensure that the questions are well-written, cover all the important topics, and appropriate for the level of the pupils. This results in a more fair and accurate assessment.

Macam JSU, memang diakui ke-renyah-an nya huhuhu 😢, tetapi JSI sangat-sangatlah penting bagi memastikan test paper tersebut berkualiti 💫

🤍Lastly, this acknowledgement is for my late father, Hamdan Bin Nasrin. He’s the one yang selalu sebut-sebut, ‘haaa bila kau ni nak apply GC?’. Saya rasa berpuluh kali kot arwah sebut. Namun, beliau tak sempat melihat apabila saya berjaya mencapai pengiktirafan ini.

Sebab utama saya tidak berkongsi mengenai GC dengan lebih awal (saya mohon pada tahun 2023) adalah observation nazir saya adalah seminggu selepas arwah meninggal. Di saat separuh jiwa saya hilang, saya gagahkan diri juga untuk observation tersebut dengan sokongan Tn Gb dan juga keluarga.

Dan saya yakin, rezeki yang Allah berikan ini adalah berkat doa kedua ibu bapa terutamanya arwah abah yang sentiasa mendambakan anaknya berjaya lebih di dalam profession perguruan. Bukan hanya sekadar seorang cikgu biasa. Tetapi menjadi luar biasa.

Saya satu-satunya anak yang mewarisi legasi perguruan dari abah (mantan gb) dan sebab itu saya rasa dirinya begitu dekat dgn saya.

What is JSU? And why it is so important in constructing the items in UASA paper?

🤓 JSU is a guideline that should be followed strictly in building the exam items.
🤓 JSU ↔️ DSKP ↔️ Syllabus
Setiap tahun ada lain JSU.
Example: Year 4 JSU with DSKP Year 4.
🤓 Excel template prepared by MOE dah cukup-cukup memudahkan. There are indicators on the right side of JSU should turn green 🟢,signifying that the number of questions has been plotted correctly. Kalau merah 🔴, kena betulkan balik 🤭

‼️Important: Need to follow the rules
5 - 15 - 5
5 easy - 15 medium - 5 high/ advance
✅ Then barulah JSU kita semua warna hijau and betul 👌

JSU ini bagus sebenarnya (even memang leceh, tak dinafikan 😭), supaya teachers stay in the correct guideline, follow the DSKP ✅ so teacher berada di jalan yg lulus dan diredhai, eh tiber 😂
