I’m sad…
I’m sad that Lazar is no longer with us.
I’m sad that his death could have been prevented.
I’m sad that CrossFit Inc continues to let down our community time after time.

Enough is enough. We have been begging for athlete safety for years and it continues to fall on deaf ears. We as a community deserve better and need to come together to demand accountability if we are ever going to see actual change.

Lazar deserved better.

Be kind as we are all grieving in our own ways, but let’s not forget that something has to change here. This was inexcusable.

I still have hope for this community from seeing all the beautiful messages of love and support ❤️ let’s be better. For Lazar.

So obviously I use @wowwipesofficial A LOT in the gym and after training sessions but I’m cracking away at them on my rest days and active recovery days too 😂
1) wanted some reading time outside - Boba also wanted that but with her dirty little paws we needed a little wipe down after. I made her watch.
2) did a little walky walk with the ruck and somehow was covered in, I don’t know, grime 😂😂 so had to wipe off before ending the day with a sauna and plunge session
