This year, my advertising agency made well over 70M in revenue selling just one service.

This was done with less than 50 social media post all year round, about 10M in paid advertising and then, referrals from current and retainer customers.

Back in 2023, my ad agency used to sell various services, Facebook and Instagram ads, Google ads, web design, sales funnel, social media management , you name it. However, we didn’t make close to that amount until we decided to create an offer and focus on it in 2024 and we got this results.

Now over to you, this is my one advice for you.

PROMOTE ONLY ONE OFFER IN 2025.

Focus on just that one.

If you have so many products and services, combine them into one branded offer that works for a target audience.

Let all your contents and write ups and adverts be about that one offer. Dream it, speak it, talk it, be it, let all you do and say be about that one offer and you will attract your people.

Decide right now, if you want to focus on creating content weekly for your business to attract customers organically, if you want to setup paid adverts to get them faster or if you want to do both.

Once you have decided, edit your social media about to only talk about that offer and reflect it.

Setup a sales funnel or website about that one offer.

If you want to focus on organic customers, hire a social media manager or download the free app called Canva and start creating your own graphics yourself.

If you want to run ads, then run it well. I am not talking about spending 2k daily on ads, I am talking about spending 20k to 50k daily on ads. You can Hire a professional adverts manager to manage it for you or if you want to learn it yourself, join the sales ignite program.

Once all these are set, you are good to go.

- Employ someone to manage it and grow it

Busy and still, not getting paid!

Are you a business owner wondering where your next client is going to come from?

Take for example, one of the task that takes a lot of your time is TALKING WITH UNQUALIFIED LEADS.

Think about this, does your favourite brand use WhatsApp to get customers ?

These brands sends people to a website or use physical stores where they automatically qualify leads and get only those actually interested, coming in and placing an order.

Yes, opening a physical store is exorbitant but the alternative which is having a website, is far more affordable and easier to setup.

As a business owner, having a website is not optional. It’s a MUST.

Talking with only qualified leads will save you so much time and increase your conversion rates and ultimately sales.

To setup a Wordpress website, follow these steps:

1. Choose a Domain Name and Hosting

• Select a memorable domain name (e.g.,
www.yoursite.com).
• Register your domain and purchase hosting from a provider like Namecheap, SiteGround, or Hostinger. Ensure your hosting plan supports WordPress.

I recommend
international hosting platforms only as they are the fastest and hardly get a downtime.

2. Install WordPress

• Many hosting providers offer a one-click WordPress installation.
• Log in to your hosting control panel (cPanel).
• Locate the WordPress installer (often under “Softaculous” or “One-Click Installs”).
• Follow the prompts to install WordPress on your domain.

3. Log in to Your WordPress Dashboard

• Access your website dashboard by visiting:
www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin
• Log in using the credentials created during installation.

4. Choose and Install a Theme

• Go to
Appearance > Themes in your WordPress dashboard.
• Click
Add New to browse free themes or upload a purchased premium theme.
• Click
Install and then Activate to apply the theme.

5. Customize Your Website

• Navigate to
Appearance > Customize to tweak the site layout, colors, fonts, and more.
• Use the
Widgets section to add elements like menus, search bars, or social media links.

6. Install Essential Plugins

• Go to
Plugins > Add New to install plugins for added functionality. Popular ones include:
Yoast SEO (search engine optimization).
Elementor (drag-and-drop page builder).
WooCommerce (for e-commerce functionality).
Jetpack (security and performance).
WP Super Cache (improves site speed).

7. Create Key Pages

• Go to
Pages > Add New to create essential pages like:
• Home
• About
• Services/Products
• Blog
• Contact

8. Configure Your Site Settings

• Go to
Settings > General to set your site title and tagline.
• Go to
Settings > Permalinks and choose the “Post Name” structure for SEO-friendly URLs.

9. Add Content

• Create posts for your blog or upload content to your pages.
• Use the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) or install a page builder for more design flexibility.

10. Launch Your Website

• Preview your website to ensure everything looks right.
• Once satisfied, share your site by promoting your domain name.

I currently run a multi-million naira agency that I started about 5 years ago with zero investment.

You read that right.

I started with Just My phone and enough time to post on Facebook groups and reach out to people.

Few years later, I am easily doing N5M to N10M+ monthly in closed deals.

How did I start?
