Hi @everyone Please update your API keys if you experience issues with Coinbase. Coinbase requires their new API key version to be used and has sent out an email about this. This change does not apply to users using Fast Connect.

@everyone If you're using legacy Coinbase API Keys, you'll need to create new ones following the instructions below before February 5. Fast Connect users don't need to make any changes. Users who need to update their API Keys have received an email from Coinbase regarding this change:

@everyone Two days ago, markets and exchanges were temporarily unavailable on Cryptohopper due to an underlying hardware failure. A failsafe system will be developed to prevent similar disruptions in the future.

We are deploying a fix for the "Connecting" issue affecting iOS users' Dashboards. This update also includes the Portfolio Bot configuration screens. Since Apple needs to review updates, this process typically takes a few days.

@everyone Following yesterday's reported order processing issues on Binance, we have received no new cases and Binance has confirmed their systems are functioning normally. We will continue to monitor the situation as a precautionary measure. We shall send additional updates should we be made aware of any further issues in Binance's order processing or functionality.

@everyone Bitvavo & Coinbase have confirmed they have issues with processing orders which could result in issues in your trading bot. We're in touch with Binance as well as many reports come in from users. We're in touch with all three exchanges and will share updates. Bitvavo already shared an update about their upcoming maintenance.

@everyone Bitvavo will implement a fix tomorrow at 5:00 AM CET to address balance update delays. During maintenance, balance updates will pause briefly, potentially causing delays up to 15 minutes. Trading remains unaffected.

@everyone Bitvavo is currently experiencing balance synchronization delays. Their development team is actively working to resolve this issue. Orders and filled amounts remain correct. Only balances are slow to update.
