Job Description:
- Dealing with foreign clients to fulfill their needs and following up with them via their preferred way, whether through calls, emails, or live chat.
- Assist clients with navigating accounting software and systems
- Preparing the social insurance files for new employees and submitting them to the social insurance authority, aligning with the relevant department.
- Preparing the employment contracts for the new hires, in coordination with the insurance department and HR supervisor.
- Preparing the POAs, OGM, and EGMs for the clients
Requirements:
- High Grade (University)
- 2 years of operation/legal in the customer support department is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills.
