Amazon warehouse guard narrowly escapes after trainee attempts to shoot him.
A security guard trainee at an Amazon warehouse in Ohio was fatally shot by police after he tried to shoot his supervisor at close range and later shot an officer who was saved by his bulletproof vest, authorities said.
Yusuf was not supposed to have a gun while on duty, police said. It’s also not yet known why he tried to shoot his supervisor. Yusuf also had no known criminal history, authorities said.

The case against the Arizona Rancher, George Alan Kelly, has been dismissed by the State.

Anthony Vella, 33, suffered a broken neck, back, and pelvis and a shattered right arm when his paramotor flipped over and plummeted into the desert at 48mph. Vella, was testing a BGD Luna 3 in the Enchanted Rock State Park, northwest of Austin, when it suddenly collapsed 85 to 100ft in the air. He is still in serious condition and has been through 4 surgeries so far.

The high school student who beat his teacher unconscious for taking his Nintendo Switch is suing the school district, blaming them for the attack.
Lawyers for Brendan Depa say the school district is responsible for ruining Depa’s life.
“The district should be held to account for its failures which have forever changed the trajectory of this young man’s life,” they argued.
The lawyers said that the special needs program should have known that taking electronics from Depa was a ‘trigger.’
The teacher who Depa assaulted suffered broken ribs and a concussion.
Depa is facing 30 years in prison and is set to be sentenced on May 1.
