UNITED KINGDOM 🇬🇧 A major espionage trial is underway in London. A group of agents are facing trial for allegedly working for the Russian intelligence agency on behalf of the fugitive former Wirecard manager Jan Marsalek.
Bulgarians suspected of spying for Russia were arrested naked in bed in London; the agent who was allegedly supposed to seduce Russian journalist Hristo Grozev was reportedly dating her colleague.
Two of the five defendants have pleaded guilty. The two Bulgarians - Vanya Gaberova and Biser Dzhambasov - who were arrested while naked in bed in 2023, indicates to the prosecutor's office, that they had a close relationship.
According to the prosecution, Gaberova was supposed to seduce famous Russian journalist Hristo Grozev in order to record compromising videos on him that could be used for espionage purposes.
Grozev, a purported longtime problem for the Kremlin, has repeatedly exposed Russian special operations, including investigations into the downing of MH17 and the murder of Vadim Krasikov in Berlin. He also allegedly worked on the poisoning of Russian lawyer Alexei Navalny.
Former neighbors of Dzhambazov said that he lived with Ivanova, another suspect in the espionage case, and called them a couple. Dzhambazov and Ivanova headed an NGO that was supposed to introduce Bulgarians to the "culture and norms of British society."
Marsalek and his boss Orlin Rusev called Gaberova a "really sexy woman" and a "swinger" in their correspondence. They also discussed murders and kidnappings in the correspondence.

ABKHAZIA 🇷🇺 Civil unrest broke out in Sukhumi last night following the arrest of opposition members who were speaking out against an agreement on Russian investment in the country.
Protesters in Sukhumi completely surrounded the complex of government buildings; two protesters entered the Abkhaz parliament building for talks with deputies.
Activists attacked one of the deputies. They also tried to enter the building of the state security service. At least six people have been arrested.
The Abkhaz opposition announced the closure of key bridges.
WHY: The law on ratification of the agreement with the Russian Federation on the implementation of investment projects by Russian legal entities in Abkhazia is currently being considered in parliament.

ICYMI 🚨 "Lancaster, Pennsylvania officials have busted a large-scale fraudulent voter registration scheme that includes thousands of applications w/ the same handwriting, fake signatures, false addresses, etc.
They discovered the same scheme in other PA counties.
DA Heather Adams revealed the applications came from canvassers who were paid to obtain voter registrations, adding that "majority of the applications were from residents in the city of Lancaster... The canvases themselves took place at various shopping centers, parking lots of grocery stores & businesses, sidewalks and parks."
"We are aware of at least 2 other counties that receive similar applications that are currently being investigated."
If you listen closely, the DA said Clerk received applications at or near the deadline to register to vote. That means the bad actors waited til the last minute so no one would notice. They would've used the fraudulent apps to commit mail-in ballot fraud without getting caught."

Ottis McCoy is accused of dumping over 1,000 pieces of mail, including 400 political mailings and an election ballot, in a wooded area instead of delivering them on his Orlando route.

REPORT 🚨 The Pentagon lacks confidence that $1.1 billion sent to Ukraine in 2022 was used for its intended purpose.
"The $1.1 billion transferred to Ukraine in 2022 is insufficiently documented, highlighting issues with oversight of the $76 billion allocated to Kyiv in recent years," the U.S. Department of Defense's Office of Inspector General said in a report.
The auditor reportedly considers them "questionable expenditures."
"Without sufficient documentation to justify and verify these payments, the Department of Defense cannot provide assurances to the public, department leadership, or Congress about the transparency of the use of assistance funds to Ukraine," the Office of Inspector General said in a statement."
