Changes in the Bio-Well software version 6.0.9 from 10.08.2024:
1. No pop-up window with the software update reminder while logging in into the software.
If the Bio-Well software was installed on your Mac from the AppStore then there will be no more reminders about the new versions during the log in process.
2. Reset button added in the Calibration screen.
If User gets an empty image during the calibration or has an error during the calibration process - now it is possible to click "Reset" button to return the device to the factory settings and try to run the calibration again.
3. "Conclusions and recommendations" section has been removed from the Report.
We have deleted this section from the automatic report in order not to confuse our users. As long as only a trained Bio-Well specialist can make any conclusions and recommendations based on Bio-Well scans, knowing all the multiple factors influencing the state of the person and the conditions of the measurements.
4. Palette selection in Compare mode.
In the Compare mode now it is possible to select the preferred palette of the glow.

Beginning Mon, Jun 3, we will offer all existing Bio-Well 1.0 and 2.0 owners the opportunity to upgrade to Bio-Well 3.0 by trading in their old device!

Bio-Well 3.0 is our most advanced and insightful model to date, and provides an enhanced scanning experience as compared to 1.0/2.0.

Previous model owners may purchase a Bio-Well 3.0 for $1,100 USD, nearly 50% off the current retail price ($2,299 USD) - on the condition of trading-in their old device.

However, our Trade-in Program includes an extra money saving step. Previous model owners will not need to pay for shipping to send their device to us. Instead, we will remove the device from our database, making it unusable once this is done. Old devices will become non-functional and therefore cannot be sold or used once removed, making them an excellent, decorative paperweight.

Any Bio-Well 1.0/2.0 owner interested in participating in the Trade-In Program must send their request to the appropriate regional email listed below. Please include:
- Name
- Bio-Well Username
- Shipping details: address and contact phone number
- Device Serial Number (located underneath the device case)
- ChipID (found by clicking the "i" at the upper-right area of the Calibration page within the Bio-Well software).

Good day, dear colleagues!
Due to the constant improvement of our software and new features that appear in it - we have to limit the use of the old versions in order to evade inadequate results and functioning of BW 3.0.
We can see that there are still some Users that use more than 1 year old versions of the Bio-Well software: 6.0.3 and 6.0.4.
Starting from today minimal version required to work with the Bio-Well software is 6.0.5.
If anyone is still using those old versions - they will no longer be able to log into the software.
We recommend to delete the old version and download the newest one: either from our website or from the AppStore (for Mac users with OS 10.13 and higher).
