In the Kupyansk area, Russian attack drones successfully used the robotic transport platform Courier to deliver a 10-kilogram TM-62 anti-tank mine to an enemy dugout. Bypassing broken trenches, the platform reached the dugout and jumped into the message passage. It drove up to the door and exploded.
The robotic complex allows to reduce personnel losses in combat and perform complex and specific tasks.
For remote control of the operator, “Courier” was equipped with a mast, about 2 meters long, on which a rotating TV camera is installed. The combat robot is able to communicate with the operator at a distance of up to 3 km and can probably work in conjunction with an aerial quadrocopter repeater, similar to the “Ghoul” drone, increasing the signal range to 10 km.
Purpose:
“Courier” is designed to destroy enemy personnel and objects, install mine barriers, evacuate the wounded, realize cargo functions, as well as perform special tasks in the zone of enemy fire.
Methods of application:
► nomadic firing point;
► remote firing at the enemy;
► uncovering enemy strongholds;
► delivery of equipment, ammunition, spare parts and evacuation of wounded to the most dangerous areas;
► safe laying of mine-explosive barrages;
► as an on-duty firing tool in open terrain.
⚙️ Characteristics:
► Speed - up to 35 km/h
► Power - 6 kW
► Width - 1.2 m
► Height - 58 cm
► Length - 1.4 m
