Our forces operating in Daraa and Sweida have carried out a redeployment, repositioning, and the establishment of a strong and cohesive defensive and security perimeter in that direction. This comes in response to terrorist elements attacking scattered army checkpoints and positions with the aim of diverting our armed forces, which have been regaining control in the provinces of Homs and Hama in their confrontation with terrorist organizations.

To the steadfast people of our nation:
Today, we are engaged in a fierce and ongoing battle against some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations that employ guerrilla-style tactics. This compels our armed forces to adopt appropriate combat methods, including advances, retreats, and redeployment to certain points.

- We are in a good position on the ground, and our armed forces have carried out redeployment measures to preserve lives.

- Military operations, within the context of tactical maneuvers, sometimes necessitate repositioning and redeployment.

- Syria, with its army, people, leadership, and the support of its allies and friends, is capable of overcoming any challenges on the battlefield, no matter how intense or difficult.

- After our armed forces redeployed outside the city of Hama to safeguard civilian lives, terrorist organizations entered the city. These organizations are now exploiting the event through a false and misleading media campaign against our people and armed forces, aimed at spreading chaos.

- These organizations may resort to issuing forged statements or orders in the name of the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces, or to disseminating fake audio recordings or video clips fabricated using artificial intelligence technologies.

- I call upon our resilient people, both civilians and military personnel, to be aware of the dangers posed by this disinformation campaign. Do not believe such claims and rely only on information broadcast through official national channels.

- I reaffirm that what occurred today in the city of Hama is a temporary tactical measure. Our forces remain stationed around the city of Hama and are fully prepared and ready to carry out their national and constitutional duties.

Terrorist groups are spreading misleading news about their control over villages and towns around the city of Hama as part of the psychological warfare carried out by these groups and their operators.

-Kafra'a village and its farms are with the army and its people.

-Brigade 87 and its entire surroundings are with the army.

-Reinforced military forces widely spread in the area to repel any breach in the area.

Our valiant armed forces continue to strike groups of terrorist organizations, their sites, headquarters and military columns in the northern countryside of Hama and Idlib, relying on artillery, missiles and joint Syrian-Russian warplanes.

During the past 24 hours, terrorist organizations received a series of precise strikes that resulted in the destruction of an operations headquarters belonging to the so-called terrorist organization Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham, three warehouses containing various ammunition and dozens of armored vehicles and mechanisms on the front lines.

Our armed forces were able to eliminate no less than two hundred terrorists, including leaders of groups of foreign nationalities, and destroy and shoot down more than twenty drones launched by terrorists towards safe villages and towns.

Military reinforcements of various types continue to arrive to our armed forces units, which are fighting with unparalleled valor in fierce battles on the lines of engagement, especially on the front lines in the northern countryside of Hama.
