ADANI ENT: Adani Airport Holdings Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited ("AAHL") has incorporated a subsidiary namely “CELERITAS INTERNATIONAL FZCO” in UAE
DMART: Company has completed the acquisition of 26% shareholding of FPAEPL for a total consideration of Rs. 1.99 Crore.
CAPTAIN POLYPLAST: Board have approved a proposal to incorporate a Wholly Owned subsidiary “X2 IRRIGATION PRIVATE LIMITED” having same object of holding company.
BIKAJI FOODS: Company informed that BFRL, a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Company will make a strategic investment of an amount not exceeding ₹ 131.01 Crores in THF for acquisition of its 53.02% of total issued and paid-up equity share capital, in tranches.

EICHER MOTORS: Commercial Vehicles Limited (“VECV”), a material subsidiary of Eicher Motors Limited, has incorporated a new subsidiary company in Indonesia by the name of PT VECV AUTOMOTIVE INDONESIA.
ARCHEAN CHEMICAL: Board approved investment(s), in one or tranche in Clas-SiC Wafer Fab Limited, U.K. to the tune of GBP 15 million and in Offgrid Energy Labs Inc, Delaware, USA to the tune of USD 12 million.
GODREJ AGROVET: Company has received intimation from its subsidiary, Godrej Tyson Foods Limited (GTFL) regarding audit observations from the Department of Commercial Taxes, Government of Karnataka.
📍CAPACITY EXPANSION
SHREE RENUKA SUGAR: Anamika Sugar Mills Private Limited (Anamika), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, approved the capex investment of Rs. 1,838 Mn. for the expansion in the cane crushing capacity from 4,000 TCD to 7,000 TCD and setting up of 15 MW power plant at Anamika’s plant
