* Responsibilities:
- Enhance building the organizational culture to embrace the lean culture through providing training and coaching on the shop floor.
- Continuous analysis for the 7 wastes and designing the new goals for decreasing the wastes and monitor them.
- Leading the kaizen committee to initiate continuous improvement projects and evaluating them for approval.
- Supervising the Kaizen projects progress and ensuring their sustainability in the post implementation stage through measuring the outcomes since the project establishment.
- Ensure the sustainability of the 5S through setting and updating of the 5S criteria for various locations.
- Support the operations team in developing KPI system that will be implemented on dashboard to reflect the lean measures.
- Analysis of the process right loading and operator loading through analysis of the work load and Yamazoumi Chart.
- Ensure that the SOP for the operations department is regularly updated and implemented on the shop floor to reflect the developments achieved due to spread of lean culture.
- Analyze the different process of operations through the VSM, Swim Lane, Spaghetti Diagram, Lead time break down, and detailed process mapping to yield a lean process.
- Supervise the lean production Engineers to document the various operations lean tools for the different process after improvement using VSM, Swim Lane, Spaghetti Diagram, Lead time break down, and detailed process mapping
- Support the operations departments to develop the FMEA for the several operations process.
- Monitor the Changeover performance and ensure that is performing within the set limits and initiating projects through the kaizen process to reduce the standard change over time.
- Supporting the different departments on the redesigning of the layout to ensure that 7 wastes are minimum.
- Analysis of the constraint through the operational efficiency measures and cycle time and diagnostic analysis to liberate the constraint
- Aligning the supply Chain team and operations team to enhance the flexibility of operations through updating the process.
Ensure that the Maintenance measures MTBF and MTTR are improving to ensure the maximize the flexibility of operations.
Qualifications:
BA of engineering.
Department: Mechatronic, Industrial, Mechanical.
Requirements:
- Hold training courses in Lean, six sigma.
-Experience 0:3 years
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
-Excellent project management abilities
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
