We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the purchasing and sales departments, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth organization of the technical office.
Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between the purchasing and sales departments to ensure proper coordination and smooth workflow.
• Handle admin assistant tasks, such as preparing orders, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Organize and oversee the daily operations of the technical office, ensuring efficiency and order.
• Assist in preparing technical and administrative reports as required.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical office or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle tasks independently and take initiative.
