Hi everyone Ayoken has officially closed down, a lot of previous investors have asked what happened, and I’d like to bring full transparency: Having paid a high 30% commission on all investment raised via telegram intros made by Evan Luthra to investors such as Kondr ventures, Crypto League, Meta Play, Maximus Ventures & R9C Capital etc we have had to work with 70% of the capital we officially received. We then lost over $100k being scammed by @Ravi_Gahlawat who charged high monthly retainers to deliver huge KPIs, but ended up scamming management, after he was fired, out of revenge he then posted in every single investment group that Ayoken was a scam project blocking much needed capital inflows, messing up the deal we were close to signing that was mentioned in our previous announcement. Behind the scenes I sold my home, took on $85k in debt and had to let go of 90% of our employees to cut costs and try to save the business, with the FTX collapse & crypto winter we failed to raise follow on investment, this project has officially now closed. On behalf of those that believed in the vision we apologise this project didn’t work out. To our previous investors - you now have full visibility into where and how funds were deployed. Tactically if some of the 30% broker fee paid to Evan Luthra can be returned to the project, we can still go on to stay afloat. In a world of constant disinformation, lies and betrayals, everything mentioned in this statement can be verified by onchain data, but I cannot go on covering for those that have profited from the project, turned their back on the founders then left the blame to others. A special thank you to people like @DSP1993 who has moderated free of charge for 6-months and @milanguyen1 who worked for free, for months pitching to over 70 investors, it’s a shame @Ravi_Gahlawat blocked this from succeeding.
