We have listened to feedback from Awoostria in 2024, which is why we have made the following changes;

- Mainstage will be bigger and get its own headless and changing room.
- Dealers Den is now at Flemings with a much more spacious room.
- The art show will get a bigger room.
- There will be improved planning on the artist alley.
- There is Bigger panel rooms and improved panel/event planning.
- A new courtyard/outside area at Flemings (exclusive for Awoostria).
- We are currently working together with Wimberger to improve on the bar offerings.
- And many more changes!

Update regarding payment issue

In contrast to last year, SEPA Direct Debit was unavailable as a payment method, as it had been disabled by accident. SEPA Direct Debit has been enabled for payments and you should be able to pay using that from now on.

Early registration opens 10th of November 20:00 CET

Important information about the Awoostria Convention 2025:
-It is going to be held in calendar week 30 of 2025
-The convention is going to be 4 days long
-In Vienna
-Depending on the amount of registrations, it will take place at a larger or a smaller venue
-The smaller venue will require an attendee cap
-Exact convention dates will be published before or on 08.12.2024
