A few days ago, I onboarded Rohit in my mentorship program.

If you're planning something, do not plan for more than 15 days.
only make a 15-day plan.
You will have to sit down and write your goals on a piece of paper.
It's a short period, and every passing day you will realize you have less time and you will act faster.
If you make a 3-month or 6-month plan, you will always think I have so much time.
And there procrastination comes.
So think 15 days is all you have, see what you can achieve, and make a realistic plan.

Weaknesses:
1. His preparation has some flaws.
2. He is forgetting everything that he reads.
3. His revision strategy is not upto the point.

I have made a perfect plan as per his strengths so that he will be able to finish,
1. mains syllabus before jan 2025.
2. Solve mcq from 1995 to 2024 before feb 2025.
3. 3 times revision before UPSC Prelims 2025.

I have taken around 62 sessions till date, and I must say this one with Avanthika was most difficult.
Aligning everything with coaching schedule was quite a bit of challenge for me.
Her coaching is only focusing on Prelims and they have ignored mains altogether.
5 subjects at a time, teaching 2 chapters and taking test and no sign of Mains preparation.
It's dangerous.
