The yin-yang symbol or Taijitu, represents duality and balance. It symbolizes that opposing forces are not in conflict, rather, they complement one another. You cannot have one without the other. Excess or deficiency in either can lead to imbalance in the world, in relationships and within oneself.

The symbol is enclosed within a perfect circle that represents the universe, unity and completeness. Divided into two halves, yin, the black half, represents feminine energy and yang, the white half represents masculine energy. The dots represent that within every dark moment there is always a trace of light, and in the brightest moments there is always darkness present.

Within oneself, we experience the light and shadow. The light represents our conscious self and the dark represents our shadow self, (our unconscious self or undesirable traits.) By acknowledging and working with our imperfections, rather than denying them, we are able to achieve psychological balance and wholeness.

Maintaining balance is essential for physical and mental well-being. True harmony comes when yin and yang are in balance. Too much of one force disrupts the wholeness within and without. These contradictory forces are interconnected and interdependent of one another which creates a complementary equilibrium when in balance.

Achieving balance requires recognition that the duality exists while being aware of how the opposing force manifests in your inner world and external world. By maintaining flexibility to shift between yin and yang energy, you are contributing to the whole by seeking ways to integrate these opposing forces to create synergy rather than conflict and chaos.

Ultimately, balance in duality isn’t about eliminating tension but finding flow and alignment within it, leading to a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

SOLAR FLARES ARE BACK!

We have new sunspots emerging on the left side of the sun that are causing our energies to rise. Solar Flares are back! We've watched five M Class Flares release since midnight UTC. We have the outgoing sunspots flaring and the incoming sunspots.

The Solar Flares alone could cause us to go into Geomagnetic storms today. That and the sideswipe of a CME that came off the sun on the 14th. It arrived last night UTC, and we felt the energies flowing in. We didn't hit higher KP levels, but it activated the Schumann Resonance and many of the Legion of Light.

Today could be very interesting if the Solar Flares continue with all the higher vibrational energies already around the planet. The extra Solar weather could be extra fuel to power our little planet that can right up into her 5D alignment!

Never has it been more important to be in your light. To wrap up in Source light and protect your vibration. You are powering our ascension. Your vibration is priceless.

Even if you feel you're having a 3d experience, you still have all those connections, and it's just learning how to navigate them.

Be super mindful of YOU today and how you're feeling. If you work in the 3D realm, you may need to do clearings multiple times a day as we move through this area we are in.

Our beautiful planet is rising higher, which is causing her to release lower vibrational energies she's been holding for eons. Those that clear for the collective or are still clearing triggers related to the lower energies being released, may feel these energies fully.

Before you claim them as yours, feel into the emotions and see if you can place them to an event or emotions within you.
