Advance Booking Penalty Refund Form
Rules and Regulations:
Eligibility:
1. Only drivers with valid Airasia Ride accounts are eligible to submit refund requests.
2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled booking.
Valid Reasons for Refunds:
Unexpected Circumstances: Drivers can request refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
1. Medical emergencies
2. Vehicle breakdowns
3. Family emergencies
4. Natural disasters
5. Cannot contact passenger via call or WhatsApp.
6. Passenger changed plans/ timing
7. Flight delay
Supporting Documentation:
Drivers must provide supporting documentation to substantiate their refund request, such as:
1. Medical certificates (in case of medical emergencies)
2. Vehicle repair estimates & workshop receipt (in case of breakdowns)
3. Proof of family emergency
4. Documentation of natural disasters
5. Screenshot of WhatsApp conversation with passenger or missed call attempts.
Refund Process:
1. Drivers must submit their refund request through the designated channel (e.g., online form, email).
2. The request will be reviewed by the Airasia Ride operations team.
3. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Limitations:
Refunds may be subject to certain limitations or deductions, depending on the circumstances.
Excessive refund requests may be subject to review and potential consequences.
Term and Conditions:
1. Airasia Ride reserves the right to modify or amend these rules and regulations at any time.
2. By submitting a refund request, the driver agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

Note: To ensure the integrity of the refund process, drivers who submit excessive or fraudulent refund requests may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of their Airasia Ride account.
