We looking hiring Graphic designer
Responsibilities:
Design and create high-quality visual assets for the firm's website, marketing materials, social media, and video animations.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, ensuring alignment with the firm's identity.
Create engaging and effective motion graphics for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations) to enhance our online presence and client engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to develop and implement visual strategies that support the firm's business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the legal industry to ensure our visual communication remains impactful and relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the firm's visual identity and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Motion Graphics.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, particularly within the legal industry context.
Strong knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create engaging and informative animations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with legal professionals and marketing colleagues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and rationale clearly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring all visual materials meet the firm's high standards.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Points:
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling video content for the firm's marketing efforts.
Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) to add depth and dimension to visual materials.
Experience with web design and development to contribute to the firm's online presence and website design.
