Did you know that 162 years ago, the US executed 38 Native Americans in the largest mass execution in its history? On December 26, 1862, 38 Dakota nation members were hung in Mankato, Minnesota, for their role in the US Dakota War. The 38 prisoners of war were hung in front of an estimated 4,000 spectators on a specially constructed scaffold and were left dangling on the scaffold for half an hour. Read on.

Pat Tillman wouldโve been 48 today. Betrayed by the government he served, he wanted to expose the truth about the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is pure, unadulterated, manufacturing consent. Notice the framing: they werenโt allowed access to the bunker. What bunker? The one that doesnโt exist? Again, it was built 40 years ago, thereโs no way a bunker would be under there without extensive tunneling. The tunnelโs Hezbollah made are all in the mountains, not under this hospital. Theyโre making it seem as if thereโs a controversy, with one side claiming one thing and the other claiming something different. Yet there is none. One side is lying and the other isnโt.
