Please ensure you import the 0x token contract address into your wallet's assets section before attempting to withdraw your 0x tokens. Once the withdrawal is successful, you will see the 0x tokens displayed in your wallet.

To all our valued 0xLSD members,

First of all, the team would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to all the users who tried to log into their accounts recently and were unable to display their data. The technical team has investigated the possible causes and solutions.

The possible causes are as follows,
The 0xLSD Dapp is experiencing “Connect Wallet” instability due to a recent Metamask wallet version update or a buildup of data in its own wallet browsing, resulting in 0xLSD data not being displayed or being “ZERO”.

Solution:
① Disconnect your Metamask wallet between 0xLSD
② Clear the cache in the Metamask wallet settings
③ Reconnect your own Metamask wallet

Once the “Connection Successful” your 0xLSD account data will be displayed and the user will be able to withdraw your 0x tokens from your 0x token balance to own wallet.

Most accounts can now withdraw 0x tokens to their wallets. If you are still unable to withdraw your 0x tokens (Encountering a blank pop-up window during the process), please don't worry. The team is currently working to fix the remaining minor issues. The system is expected to be fully upgraded and fixed within 48 hours. The platform will issue another announcement once all problems are resolved.

We would like to assure you that all 0x token balances in the Dapp will not be lost or misplaced in any way.
