eighth collaboration between the experimental sludge doom trio boris and harsh noise legend masami akita, aka merzbow
featuring tracks from band's previous releases and some covers (most notably coaltar of the deepers's "to the beach), re-recorded with a heavier sound and walls of noise, complementing each other in a truly unique way
as the band states:
‘this work becomes a monument to the requiem of the previous era.
from here, a new world begins again’
