FIIs invest in ₹ but must ⤵️ convert back to $ when exiting, losing ~3.5% annually due to INR depreciation.

🔹 Net Returns:
12% - 1.2% (LTCG) - 3.5% (INR Depreciation) = 7.3% 🤠 (Excluding compliance & operational costs)

🔹 Comparison:
US T-Bills offer 😱 4.5% risk-free, backed by the US government.
